I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room with Pool Access. This room was very convenient. Breakfast had great variety. There were choices to start the day.
The sea in front of the hotel had rubbish. A clean-up would address this issue.

The breakfast buffet left something to be desired. I found the selection of Western options very limited and the pastries tasted quite dry. the coffee was also consistently lukewarm despite my requests for it to be served hot, disappointing. also, i found some mould in the shower, which indicated cleaning needed more thoroughness.

amazing poolsbroken doorrusted fixtures
the pools were quite nice, i will admit that.
the room i got felt somewhat dated. the cabinet hiding the fridge had a broken door and the bathroom fixtures showed rust. it seemed like they were trying too hard without nailing the basics.

The breakfast offered many options from various cuisines. Fresh sourdough bread baked on site stood out. There were three egg stations for custom orders, A DEFINITE Plus! The modern gym included good machines, weights, and air conditioning. The bus shuttle service to the Bali Collection shopping mall proved convenient.

underwhelming stay lacked expected polish
unreliable keycardslow staff
the key card system was unreliable it stopped working an hour before the noon checkout this caused a lot of trouble as i was locked out of my room and had to wait a long time for assistance staff did not seem to understand the urgency of the situation maybe physical keys would be better than a system that cannot be trusted to work.

ineffective air conditioninginadequate soundproofing
The air conditioning in my room was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. i also found that the soundproofing was inadequate and noise from nearby rooms and hallways was easily audible. this impacted my ability to relax fully . the constant awareness of noise. i expected a higher standard of quiet and climate control in a hotel of this caliber.
